Biography

Andy has been designing lighting for over 15 years and has a passion for live theatre. He also works as a freelance Production Electrician and Programmer. He has worked on many West End productions some of which include, The Buddy Holly Story (Strand Theatre), Jerry Springer the Opera (Cambridge Theatre), Ratpack Live in Las Vegas (Theatre Royal Haymarket and Strand Theatre), The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty's Theatre), Phantom 25th Anniversary Concert (The Royal Albert Hall), Memphis the musical (The Shaftesbury Theatre) and Boa (Trafalgar Studios).  

He also has worked on many touring productions and these include. The Phantom of the Opera (World Tour) and Priscilla Queen of the Desert (UK Tour), Other international projects have included Das Phantom der Oper (Hamburg), Chicago the Musical (Dubai) The Phantom of the Opera (Stockholm).

Andy is also the Director of AB Lighting Ltd. The company holds a large inventory of equipment in hire stock and provides many production services. The events side of the business has used Andy’s design skills to light for high end corporate clients such as Harvey Nichols, Jimmy Choo, Clinton Cards, Berluti and Nutmeg by Morisons. you can find more details about his compay at www.ablighting.co.uk
