Biography

Pete has been working in theatre lightning and live events since he was a teenager. Starting out at the Concordia theatre in Hinckley as a volunteer he quickly realised he wanted to pursue lighting design as a career.  He picked up work at both the Leicester Haymarket and Birmingham Hippodrome as a casual lighting technician and it wasn't long before he was out on tour. 

Now Pete has Designed well over 100 productions and worked as production LX or crew chief on many more. 

Starting out in theatre, Pete lit plays, musicals and opera and over the last few years he has moved over to concert and events. 

Artists Pete has designed for include former Westlife front man Shane Filan on his solo shows and Adam Ant on his recent come back tours. 

He has also toured worldwide with tribute shows including 80s Mania, The Classic Rock Show and Brit Floyd.  

Pete has been designing pantomimes for Qdos for several years at venues including Southampton Mayflower, Aberdeen His Majesties, Northampton Derngate, Glasgow Kings, Wolverhampton Grand and Richmond Theatre.
