Goboland UK has chosen ABTT 2011 to launch its new website. The new user-friendly layout gives easy access to all the information you need about Goboland gobos and products including the unique Black Steel Gobos, the famed Credit Crunch Gobo, GoboSlides, film slides, Black Holes, Tweakers and its bespoke etching service, Gobo Creative. Details of Goboland UK’s specialist services for image size calculation, keystone distortion and pincushion correction and its unique Green Scene gobo recycling scheme are also to be found here.
To coincide with the new website, Goboland UK is also presenting a new catalogue at the show which can be downloaded directly from the website. Choose between Black Steel, Premier, Designer and Glass Gobo Collections.

Goboland GoboSlides
Following its launch at PLASA 2010, Goboland UK will be promoting its GoboSlides, the economical film-based alternative to full colour glass gobos.
Goboland created GoboSlides in response to the advent of the new eco LED profiles such as the award-winning Robert Juliat Aledin.
GoboSlides are manufactured on a durable, high quality projection film which gives good saturation of colour and a dense black background. Whilst plastic gobos can be printed onto acetate using a standard home printer, the quality of image resulting can be of a low standard, with pixellated appearance and a lack of true black in the image.
The advantage of a slide over a full colour glass gobo is the continuous tone reproduction of the client’s original artwork. The GoboSlide is mounted into a gobo frame to enable easy installation whilst the lantern’s LED lightsource ensures the gate remains so cool that GoboSlides can be projected for extended periods of time without damage.
GoboSlides will be exhibited on the Goboland UK stand (Lawrence Hall, Stand 125) in Derksen projectors.
GoboSlides are also present on the White Light stand (Lindley Hall, Stand 31) in Robert Juliat Aledin LED profile spots. This perfect combination of high quality optics and cool LED source demonstrates the level of fine detail, colour contrast and saturation that GoboSlides are capable of.
