Lighting Designer Jasangat Sonpal chose a large complement of Claypaky lighting fixtures for Aditya Gadhvi's massive two-day concert series, April 25 and 26, at the Jio World Garden in the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, India. Equipment rental house Light N Light, also in Mumbai, provided a big array of Claypaky fixtures for the event.
They included the Sharpy X-Frame luminaire, the Arolla Aqua IP66-rated moving head, the Hy B-Eye K25 mid-size wash light, the Hy B-Eye K15 Aqua IP66 wash light, and the Tambora Batten linear light. Sonpal also utilized the popular Sharpy profile spot and the IP66-rated Tambora Batten in the show.
The equipment was chosen to withstand the outdoor environment and provide powerful and versatile lighting to complement the massive scale of the concerts, which featured chart-topping Bollywood artist Aditya Gadhvi. The Jio World Garden location was specially developed for the concerts with state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and video technology.
Claypaky's Italian-designed luminaires were selected for the show for their reliability, output, and creative visual capabilities. "The Claypaky fixtures delivered incredible performance and looked amazing in the Jio World Garden setup," said Sonpal. "They provided the versatile lighting I needed to create the atmosphere and visuals for Aditya Gadhvi's grand concerts."
