The company is already an approved supplier to Historic Royal Palaces, Unique Venues of London, the Tate Galleries, Saatchi and the V and A Museum to name but a few. With such a strong reputation in the corporate events industry, the company has recently been appointed as an approved supplier to the Southbank Centre.
The Southbank Centre is a world-famous, multi-venue arts centre located on London’s South Bank on the River Thames. It first opened in 1951 and has grown considerably since then. Alongside its extensive international arts programming, the venue also hosts a series of events across its multiple spaces. Alicia Earls, WL’s Business Development Manager, comments: “The Southbank Centre is a stunning venue in a fantastic location. It has unrivalled views of the capital and the catalogue of event spaces means it can cater for any occasion”.
Alongside the main Royal Festival Hall space, the Southbank Centre has the St Paul’s Roof Pavilion which is situated on the building’s sixth floor and overlooks the City of London. There is the Weston Roof Pavilion, which offers first class facilities for weddings and events. There is also the Sunley Pavilion and Level 3 Function Room which is perfect for an intimate venue space in Central London.
Alongside these are two exciting spaces which are due to open in 2018. These are the Queen Elizabeth Hall, which is currently undergoing restoration, along with the Purcell Room which will have 306 seats and focus specifically on artistic functions.

Alongside their appointment at the Southbank Centre, WL has also recently been appointed approved supplier at the Foundling Museum and the recently re-opened National Army Museum.
